Marisha Pessl, author of Special Topics in Calamity Physics, reading in Asheville this weekend. She lived here and graduated from Asheville High, though now she hails from Noo Yawk.
She’s young (27), attractive, and clearly very smart. I talked to her for a few minutes and found her charming as well.
