To cut or not to cut…

I’m writing at Mountain Xpress today about that great Thanksgiving day topic of conversation: circumcision.

While you’re there, check out my newly “repaired” EM logo. Thanks to the brilliant repair dudes at Asheville-based insidedesign! And thanks, as always, to original design visionary Eddo!

UPDATE: If you’re not in the mood for, ummmm, surgical topics, you can read my take on last weekend’s NC Writer’s con and WNC writers, in particular.

Thanks, loyal. The jeans are edgier than the skirt, I think! More mama.

hi, I almost never comment on Blogs but I found you through Mothertalkers and you probably live within 10 minutes of me, so hello…

I found myself wholeheartedly nodding along with your article. I have a 7 year old “uncut” and we have had no issues with infection, adhesions, etc etc. We went through exactly the same process to make our decision, is it necessary, no, then why do it?

I’m very very pleased to read what you wrote here Anne. I’ve always been very much against circumcision even though I don’t have kids, or plan to have them. Thank you for your concise and informative article. I hope you change some minds!!
