For that, I apologize. I'm sure you intend nothing but the best for yoyr children. But I have seen the encroachment of socialism to the point of totalitarianism, and I am angry that more people in this country do NOT. 9/11 was a wake-up call. They were sloppy, and it should be evident that something sinister is manipulating society. Having investigated in-depth for several years now, I am more convinced than ever that the "global elite" control our leaders and our media by virtue of their wealth and influence. I was reading in Outliers (Malcolm Gladwell's latest book) that our lack of school days is one of the reasons we're falling behind in math and science. More important, summer vacation is just a leftover from the days when we were a more agrarian society. Now that so many parents work, the elimination of summer vacation would be a Godsend in more ways that one. I'm all for it--regardless of what my non voting kid thinks. Bravo!
